TRANEMO STORY
Tranemo is a third-generation family-owned company. The company was founded in 1934 and has extensive experience in developing textiles and supplying workwear to Europe’s heavy industry.
Following a serious workplace accident in the mid-2000s, we decided to develop a new type of flame-retardant clothing with improved flame and heat protection compared to what the market could offer. The goal was to prevent similar accidents in the future. The journey we began then has changed us, our mission and our vision. We now focus entirely on advanced workwear and on becoming Europe’s best in flame protection.
