HOW WE WORK WITH FIT AND SAFETY
Tranemo aims for zero serious workplace accidents caused by arc/flash or heat. Wearing the right protective clothing is vital if an accident occurs. Therefore, fit, ergonomics and feeling comfortable in your protective clothing are incredibly important. A lack of comfort and ergonomics in workwear can result in the wrong type of protective clothing or, even worse, not wearing any flame retardant clothing at all. A garment with poor fit can, instead of protecting, cause an accident, which is why it is important that everyone can find a size that fits correctly.
WEARER TRIALS
Tranemo always carries out wearer trials on newly developed protective solutions in cooperation with customers, in order to ensure that the protective garment has all the necessary functions and works correctly in practice. A close relationship and ongoing dialogue with customers mean that we can detect errors or shortcomings at an early stage.

Tranemo has developed a wide range of protective clothing in women’s sizes, as several large companies today strive for an equal workplace where everyone has the right to comfortable and well-fitting protective clothing. To further focus on women's needs and requirements, we can also provide maternity trousers in most of Tranemo’s trousers without hanging pockets.

The layer-on-layer principle works exceptionally well when choosing clothing for year round use, both in terms of protection and warmth. The air gaps that form between the garments insulate against the cold and provide increased protection, since air has a low electrical conductivity.
