Protective clothing for women
In recent years, Tranemo has made a major investment in the development of protective clothing for women, focusing on their needs and working conditions. We believe that everyone is entitled to comfortable, well-fitting protective clothing and the highest possible level of protection, so that they are always protected should an accident occur.
Today’s constantly changing workplaces show that more women are working in environments that were previously male-dominated. In addition, many large companies are striving for more gender-equal workplaces. The main purpose of protective clothing is to prevent injuries. Comfort and ergonomic problems are often cited as reasons why protective clothing is used incorrectly, for example that garments are not worn correctly or not used at all.
The biggest demand from women who need to wear protective clothing at work is a fit that really works. By meeting this need, we can ensure that our female users receive the right level of protection.

We want to contribute to diverse workplaces by creating clothing that makes this possible. Everyone deserves a working day where they feel safe and comfortable in their clothes, no matter who they are – that is a given.
Scarf/Hijab
We also believe that women should have the same opportunity to move freely in their workplace, regardless of their religion. That is why we have introduced a flame-retardant hijab in our range. It can be used to cover the hair, ears and neck, and the wearer drapes the scarf for optimal comfort and style.
Maternity and comfort trousers
For pregnant women, we have developed a solution that makes it possible to wear the same trouser model throughout the pregnancy. This solution also works excellently as comfort trousers for both men and women who need slightly more spacious clothing or who wear a stoma bag.
The trousers are designed to minimize discomfort while providing both safety and a perfect fit.

Wearing flame-retardant underwear is crucial for most of our customers, and to meet different needs, we have expanded our range, with a particular focus on options for women.
Flame-retardant thongs
An everyday choice for many women. We believe that our customers should have the same comfort and options during the working day, so that they feel safe and comfortable in all situations. Because less fabric in the garment rubs against the outer layer, the wearer experiences a greater sense of freedom and comfort. By being able to choose the right underwear according to the wearer’s preferences, in line with the workplace risk assessment, Tranemo offers safety and comfort.
Prosthesis bra
As a complement to our regular bra range, we are very pleased to be able to offer a bra for women with a breast prosthesis. We see it as a given that all women should be offered safe and well-fitting underwear, whether they have a breast prosthesis or not.
