Our employees
For several years, Tranemo has been working with environmental issues as part of its business model. We develop our protective clothing to protect our users, who often work in tough environments where the workwear has to be hard-wearing and durable.

Positive work environment
A safe work environment combined with a sense of good physical and mental health is crucial for the well-being and performance of our employees. Systematic work environment management at Tranemo is a fundamental prerequisite for promoting a good work environment by preventing risks in the workplace in order to avoid accidents and ill health. This is a continuous process that covers all conditions in the work environment that may affect employees in their daily work. The work is carried out by Tranemo’s safety committee and the most important methods are:

Tranemo’s safety committee ensures that work environment issues are integrated in accordance with applicable legal requirements and Tranemo’s code of ethics.
